Changed scroller wave config to be used for all text scrollings and fixed a bug with the hassio hostname and ip fetching

Reverted some odd behaviour with the positioing of the screen text. @todo needs to be nudged to the right

Refactored to classes

Added graceful handler, updated Pil image to use textbox, updated readme, created static screen, added slugify, added debug option, embelished the help stdout

Updated the core to surface the defined i2c bus number to the top level. @todo allow the busnumber to be defined via config
